Sara Moot and her partner Tim Larson opened Persimmon's doors in 2003. The long-time friends met years ago while working at Seattle's Two Bells Tavern. Sara's restaurant résumé also includes Le Gourmand, Labuznik, Adriatica, and Il Bistro.

Persimmon's seasonal menu offers produce from local growers, including Full Circle Farm. All food is prepared to order, with ever-changing specials. Sara uses organic ingredients whenever possible. Selected wines and beers are also available.

Persimmon's comfortable environment is non-smoking and wheelchair accessible.
